He’ll still be playing at a really good standard in 3/4 years, I don’t really buy the theories suggesting as soon as he loses his pace he’s finished. His intelligence in terms of movement and hold up play is right up there with the best in the league, unbelievable to think really having watched him play so poorly in his first year. Plus, let’s be fair his finishing is absolutely awesome - unaffected by a lack of pace.

PS this pre-season he got his best ever stats in terms of fitness drills and sprint times. Like a fine wine...

Our greatest ever. It's a bold claim to make but no player will have ever achieved what he has for us, where he's came from, the goals he's scored, the shithousery, the loyalty he's shown, the way he epitomises what we're about and the absolute love for the club and us, the fans.

We're incredibly lucky to have him. You think back on cult hero English strikers who actually won silverware in the Premier League era and the list is short.

It could also be said that he is also lucky that he plays for us. there were other teams looking at him when he played for Fleetwood, but it was us that took the chance on him and helped develop his game and career. Both City and Vardy are lucky to have each other.

Absolutely love the guy, always gives his all and has passion in bucketfuls

His goal against Germany with that back heel flick showed his skill and awareness.

Top of the list for me. It's surreal that a Leicester City player holds the record for consecutive games scored in. Frustrating that England didn't use him more, but he's undeniably brilliant and fvcking hilarious.

True. It's a shame that the national team didn't get the most out of him, due to tactics and Kane being ahead in the picking order. If things had been slightly different, then he could have been knocking them in for fun for club and country, but we can't have it all. All things considered, he signed for the right club at the right time, and the club and the player grew at the same pace. Those sort of situations don't happen that often.
