What do we have to do to make teams fear coming to the Walkers Stadium?

Is it the crowd? Are we too quick to get on the Teams back? Do we need to create a better atmosphere?

Is it the Team? Are we just not good enough?

Is it CL? Does he know what he's doing? Has he got a plan B?

Why are teams not afraid to play Leicester City at home anymore?

Is it the Walkers Stadium?

It was Ok under Adams in this Division so whats changed?

We need to win. Simple as that. If you can call that simple!

The crowd always gets on the teams back, maybe we should cool down and give them a chance.

The team bypass the midfield and we don't have the talent to hold the ball up well or to break down other teams defences.

Craig Levein panicked yesterday with his subs. Maybe actually using subs to a tactical advantage may help.

Teams aren't afraid to play away against us as we are not brave anymore, don't have the cutting edge and can't break down 4-5-1 formations.

The Walkers is no longer a fortress. We need to train in it and become more familar with it.

The thing thats changed is the mentality. We were brave, bold and creative with Adams, we are none of these with Levein. We have the players apparantly but can't string two decent passes together. Maybe it's time for a change, maybe it's time to drop players (De Vries, Sylla), but whatever the outcome, we will not improve if we play like yesterday and we will not improve unless the line up is changed. A lot of players are favoured in Levein's side, perhaps too much player power.

Yesterday had nothing to do with fortress Walkers. As I keep banging on, it was down to tactics.

Our midfielders were outnumbered by Burnley's 5. Kisnorbo and Hughes could not compete, which meant Hughes never got time to settle on the ball and feed the wingers. The wingers then had to drift inside to get the ball and to help out Kisnorbo and Hughes in the midfield battle, which narrowed our team. We thus played hoofball as our now narrow midfield were unable to compete with Burnley's. Consequently our strikers failed to do anything.

We have to be better prepared when playing teams who we know will come to the Walkers and sit back.

The Crowd were crap as usual, what a waste of time coming along to 21,000 odd of your own "fans" just to hear them berate the team as soon as one pass goes astray "oooh, that de vries, sub him, his touch went slightly too far" Wankers. The first half I felt we did well to match Burnley in Midfield and create chances, but the teams effort was not matched by the support, yet its our "fans" who moan straight away about lack of effort etc. I may not be at the Coventry game because a) I have a match myself and b) Do i want to sit in a cauldron of whinging fickle tossers? probably not!

Absolutely correct.

I completely agree. I had some kids behind me. Swearing all the way through the game. Did the "what a load of rubbish thing" and booed. They didn't even know half the player's names! They have no right to boo and shout things like that. They don't even go to the games. They only went because it was a quid! I hate hearing it. It shouldn't be heard. I've booed in my time. Last season at the end of Micky's reign but never since then. We need to give Craig and his team time.

I thought Mark de Vries did ok. Certainly not as bad as people make out. Better than half the team. He doesn't get the right service!

As soon as he didn't win a header (which we know he cant and Craigs said he can't) the people around me were calling him every name under the sun, why not have a go at whoever played the ball instead? Its too easy to blame MDV i'd guess, its people thinking we're better than we are. Soon as we beat Watford "Eh up, top 6 now,we're going places" Bollocks. We're a mid table side at best, get used to it.

Febreeze was no better or worse than anyone else last night and yet he still gets singled out and slated. Tiatto at right back? lol

The atmos does suck at the Walkers it saddens me, its a vicious circle though we've never a been the most shoutiest set of supporters and we need results to improve to get vocally behind the team but the team need us to show vocal support to spur them on - its a no win situation, nowt seems to lift us at the moment :( The only time we really went for it (both fans and players) was in the last 5 or so minutes of the match, why do we always do this? :frusty:

I agree that we should blame the player who made the stupid pass and not Mark de Vries himself. I disagree about your second thing though. I believe that we can finish higher up the table but it won't be a disaster if we don't. At the start of the season, the main thought was mid table. I think we all agree to that. I still think we will finish higher but we are doing as expected right now. We should all be happy.

No.

We beat Watford

We drew against Derby

We drew against Brighton

We lost against Qpr

We beat Blackpool

We drew against Wolves

We lost against Cardiff

We beat Sheffield Wednesday.

That list isn't full of losing!

You need to be more realistic!

Something to ask cautious Craig, that.

yes but look at the teams you have listed, we should be beating the majority of these. Its not like the list is full of top teams.

How should we be beating these teams when we are on pretty much the same level as them at the moment? Yet again another City fan thinking we're better than we are.

Its a classic case of MONYH (Martin O'Neil years hangover) I prescribe several more years of doing shit in the championship, that should cure him

I've course they do. Expression of opinion is not the sole right of those who follow the side home and away to every game you know. They have just as much of a right as you. Get used to it.

Arrogant so and so.

No they bloody do not! They didn't even know who Sylla was and they kept saying "Come on Tiatto. Tiatto's brilliant. He's playing well." He wasn't even on the pitch at that point! They don't have a right to boo!
