Leicester fan BANNED after jumping barrier to hug son of late owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha

I've just found out this is the same guy that was trying to start a fight with other Leicester fans at the community shield game at Wembley. Utter Tool.

Only 2 months?? Thats nothing! My ex gave me longer hugging bans. If anything, the club is spoiling the supporters

He sounds like a prat, in all honesty, and his mates. On one of the Leicester facebook groups one of his mates, or "mates" started getting angry with other people on there for saying the club were right. Going on at us for being plastics and jumping on the bandwagon. Pathetic!

 

And to anyone else who is saying he shouldn't have got banned and a warning would have sufficed... well what kind of precedent does that set by the club?

 

It would say to everyone else that it's ok to jump over the barriers and do the same thing - and if they did all they'd get is a talking to. In other words it'd make a mockery of the fact that the club stipulate and make it mandatory that no one is allowed to enter the field of play nor jump over the barriers.

 

When this guy's mates started chirping on about how he's Leicester through and through and supports them 10 times more than anyone else I mentioned the fact that he wasn't even breathing when my Dad used to get lifted over the gates by his Uncle and Dad in the 60's, who was also there with me on Saturday, but didn't feel the need to jump over the barrier and hug Top, as much as we all felt like doing. I'm sure there were many lifelong Leicester fans there older than him too, who were just as emotional as everyone else, but kept their heads too.

 

Another thing is the club have had enough to deal with recently. Like they want to give a ban out, which they rightly had to, and then see some sort of backlash about it. If these guys loved the club as much as they say they do they'd count themselves lucky it was only 2 months (very lenient indeed) and let it go. Not try and make a massive issue out of it and stress the club staff even more, as if they need it. 

 

A few sandwiches n' all that springs to mind....

Definitely a prat for doing it and for his reaction

 

If I had "lost myself in the moment" and did what he did I would be down at the club on my hands and knees apologising profusely in person and in writing and making a donation to the Chairman's charity and hoping for a sympathetic ear. Not crying off to the Mockery and causing a shitstorm about it.\

I remember being there with my dad watching that happen, I was about nine and it’s when I swore in front of him for the first time. He clipped me round the ear then joined in himself!! 

 

Mad season that actually, some well memorable moments. This, the Zoo magazines at the Villa game, Savage getting Elliot sent off v Birmingham, the Newcastle player getting hit in the face by that ball on Boxing Day (I think). I’ve probably missed loads!

At the time they all left but at the next home game they said his intention was to have a piss but he just got a bit carried away as he got to the stairs and instead decided to run on and tell Walker what he thought of him

 

That whole season was a total shambles, virtually every game one month ended in chaos.
