I had a Scottish mate who played this on the background of his telephone answer machine tape when they first came in, accompanied in a thick north of Scotland accent, by the words 'Aye es is Larry, I'm no in, leave a message after the tune'. If that wasn't bad enough, the machine was low quality and the tape appeared stretched. The guitar had a comical Hawaiian sound.

I genuinely can't remember how many times I phoned that number just to give myself a laugh. Entertainment has definitely advanced in the 21st century.
