Pierre Michelot- effing genius on the double bass with Jaques Lousier- totally effortless musicality

 


Also Paul Chambers - part of the famous rhythm section for Miles Davis - used to break his bow out too!

Take a lifetime to learn these, then another to figure out how he sang and played keyboards over the top live. Seriously, only Rush could spawn a video featuring 23 of their basslines and people are still asking for their favourite.
