In today's Brain of Britain, there were two football questions, sent in by a listener, inthe mid-point break. A virtual prize if you know either answer - I will put answers on in a couple of days - but fascinating trivia when you do:

1. Phil Chisnall, in 1964, became the last player (to date) to do what?
2. Phil Chisnall, also in 1964, became the first player to do what?

I'm gonna guess its transfer between two rival clubs, but I have no idea who.

Correct - he was transferred from Man Utd to Liverpool for £25,000 - and the last player to be transferred directly beween these two clubs.

He's the only player to move between those clubs. So he's the first and last.

I'm surprised no one else has moved between the 2. I remember Heinze being linked with Liverpool whilst at United but of course that transfer did not happen.

The answer to the second question - he was the the first player to kick a ball in a MOTD game. Not a very fair question in the context of the contestants on the programme!
