fuchsntf Posted 7 August 2019 Posted 7 August 2019 Just watching Sly-Debate repeat from last night... Players/Managers are being informed of the Rules, first, without then with VAR.. VAR runs in the background. So many descision are automatically checked Refs descision, will be more supported,so majority of incidents no delay for 95% of the time for the rulings,/check. Now this season for the first time 3d lines are being used, not just the 2 cross pitch lines... VAR-Ref communication quicker... 1st priority..stays the normal time replay take. Any doubt..2--3rd slow motion will be used. VAR will not solve all those argumentive/close calls,it's recognised there will be a small % of contradictive and arguable issues, that also keeps "The game of football live and interesting" But it will help fans, players to cut out those Irritating errors and mistakes,on major Issues....With Still the descision in the refs responsibility , plus linesmans.... Where majority of descisions, may be cross-checked negative/positive descisions in the normal flow of the game.. Occasionally....there will be a necessity for delays but not in those 4-5 Minute areas.. Plus In the PL...fans will be informed & shown big descision replays...and why descision..but no audio info this season, Between Ref + VAR- refs communication.
when_you're_smiling Posted 7 August 2019 Posted 7 August 2019 If you can take goal kicks with players in the box, surely it provides more chances to counter at nearly every goal kick by taking them as quickly as possible. Basically after it’s gone out, get the ball boys to throw the ball as quickly as possible to Kasper who can launch it long to Vardy while a good proportion of the players are out of position and still in and around our box.
