Boxing Day always seemed to be Spurs at home from the early 60's.

Always seemed to play Bournemouth and lose 1-0 on Boxing Day in the late 80s - depressing times in 1987 and 1988 oh but beating them 2-1 in 1989!

Can't remember going to any Christmas Day matches, which is my birthday. Boxing Day games are possibly my favourite of the season though. Nice to get away from the house in the past with a group of mates or more latterly, my son which is an equally good experience. It also represents some Boxing Day adventures from the past travelling to away matches when tickets were easier to get, Liverpool, Arsenal, Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday all being great trips with friends.

Not quite old enough for the xmas day games but always seemed to be wolves on boxing day and then reverse fixture a few days later.
