This could be more likely as mine is in A1

I'm in A1 - so far I received my card but not my two kids. Club totally unhelpful - stating only that if they haven't arrived by the end of the week to contact them!

EDIT - just had a response to my query from the ticket office. I suspected there had been a mix up with the addresses last week when I went to the shop and they couldn't find my current address!
I received one card to my correct, new address but no sign of the other two for my kids.

 

Club has now confirmed they only updated my card and not that of my kids - so their ST have gone to my old address

 

Upshot is - they will cancel those and print some more which I will collect from the TO on Saturday.

First time ever I have a season ticket, and I’m moving from Loughborough to Newquay for an indefinite amount of time. My bi-monthly commute to games now will be brutal lol
