I've got a leather card wallet from being a member a couple years ago so its no big deal, but seems strange if only some fans get the extra this time around...?

Got back from holiday yesterday to find mine waiting for me.

 

Bit of a stupid question, but how exactly do you use them to get into the ground? I have only used individual tickets in the past where you have a barcode to scan.

You’d just scan it the same way at the turnstile

Just hold the card in the gap and it should work

No.

You'd have to go to the ticket office and they'll check your details and issue a paper ticket.

But it will arrive.
