New season ticket cards

Got mine. Would have been nice if they drafted a different welcome letter to new season ticket holders rather than a ‘thanks for renewing’, which I haven’t done. 
Would also have been a nice touch to get some sort of wallet to hold the card in. I have mates with Arsenal and Chelsea season tickets who have official leather wallets for theirs. To get nothing feels a bit cheapskate. 
Anyhow these are minor quibbles. Just delighted to finally get one.

Your Arsenal supporting friend might think paying 3x more for a season ticket isn’t really compensated by getting a leather wallet 😂

Perhaps this is why they get a leather wallet if the below season ticket costs are reasonably accurate. Think I'll do without one in the circumstances. Our owners have also been very generous to us over the last few seasons with freebies ranging from donuts to shirts.

Still waiting on mine, but I've had an issue where a lot of things from the club don't come through to me. Usually it's things like the gift packs similar to the FA Cup, but I don't know how long to give it before I start chasing.

You are paying an awful lot less money and getting to watch better football than your Arsenal supporting mate though.

I'm sure he'd prefer your deal to a card wallet.

Recieved one of my cards on Saturday, but my two sons' haven't arrived yet.

 

Was in the shop yesterday, and they had my old address on the system, even though it is correct on my online account (and indeed correct where my one ticket arrived so far)

Worry about it if it’s not there on the 13th august. What you gonna do with it before? The club have 20k+ of these to send out.
