Re Aalborg to Randers/Aarhus. The train from the airport is direct and runs at 26 minutes past the hour. No need to change at Aalborg. There is a bus to Aalborg town which you can then connect onto a train but much easier to take one of the direct trains from the airport.

Use https://www.dsb.dk/en/ for train/bus route planning.

See Randers F C are showing the game on a big screen free of charge at Randers arena I assume Leicester fans without tickets can get tickets for this showing.

Is there a requirement for a PLF form to be filled out before entering Denmark?

Also, to clarify, no test required pre and post UK arrival? Even for non-vaxxed?

Nothing required for entry into Denmark other than proof of vaccination or recovery.

UK entry the same with the exception of having to fill the passenger form in which you don't need for Denmark.
