I am sorry but cup opposition in the form of premier league sides and European teams is not comparable to League Two Newport County. They may very well open the whole stadium, but home games against Watford and Brighton will not indicate this fixtures fate. I remember playing Shrewsbury a league two side at the time in our first season back, and only having one stand open. Fleetwood in 2018 in the fa cup was also only one stand I believe, albeit they may have been league one at the time.
