In Norwich for bank holiday weekend. One of the best cities in the UK for a weekend away, when compared to prices of similar places like York, Bristol etc. a mid range pub in Norwich is probably on par with the best in Leicester.

I’ve ran about 25 miles over Friday to Sunday. Woken up with huge pain in right thigh, from hip to knee. So painful I had to work from home today. Ibuprofen seems to have got ridden of most of thigh pain but knee feels very odd- like it needs to be constantly clicked and isn’t properly put together. Anyone had similar?
