Their goal from the 1st corner was literally piss take defending. Nididi, Dawdling around like he has all the time in the world for the 3rd. Then Justin, a big strong lad, easily muscled off the ball in Tottenham’s half and less than 10 seconds later ward’s picking it out our net. 3 of the most embarrassing goals given away I’ve ever seen. Whatever is going on at the club is rotten and those errors or lack of effort on the pitch are down to the players. They’re a fu@king disgrace.

I genuinely don’t know what they thought was going to happen, by keeping him after Brighton.

They possibly made the call that this game was pretty much a write off anyway and they didn't want the new manager to face a really tough start. Hope so anyway.

This. Ward is shambolic in goal. Poor positioning, comes for crosses but misjudges the flight of the ball, poor kicking (Same with KS tbf), seems to lack any dominant presence with the defenders.

Ward is absolute dogshite theres no way around it, the stats backs it up, watching him play backs it up. What more we do need to bench him? Or is Rodgers purposely kamikazing us into a mountain? FFS this pisses me off

I had a look at the first goal again today. Absolutely unbelievable how piss poor our defending is. As Kulusevski goes to cross the ball, our whole defence is across the 6 yard box bar two who have gone to close the short ball. Spurs have two men on the edge of the box completely unmarked with not one City player within 10 yards. As the ball goes to be played, Evans has stepped up and you can see him shouting at everyone else to come out as well. At the back post we have a 4 v 3 in our favour which turns into an absolute shit show as the balls delivered Spurs end up with a 2 v 1 in their favour, and the rest is history. Absolutely shambolic.
