Has anyone here had issues buying tickets online? I'm a season ticket holder and the last week or so all tickets for games I can buy tickets too have been showing 'coming soon' instead of buy.

I can click on it and it takes me to the tickets selection page, I can click on a seat but it says no longer for sale or you're not entitled to buy!

Was fine when i got wolves away tickets a couple of weeks ago.

So I'm not able to get tickets for Newport in the season ticket sales period.

On top of this, I got charged twice for my season ticket initially and the lcfc sales denied all knowledge, I had to get the card company to sort it and refund me!

I have to say the season ticket experience is absolute crap. I won't bother again.  But wondered if anyone else experience anything similar with buying online?

Thanks, yeah I've signed out and in, different devices etc makes no difference, the issue is in the account as it's the same every time on multiple devices. The sale team said check the ticket number online matches my season ticket it does. I've done nothing different in the last few weeks, it's just stopped working.

I brought a single ticket for mon night and took my seat only only for a chap to come up to me with a season ticket for the same seat

Interested to know how it got resolved? That's a nightmare at the start of a game

Nightmare indeed things like that shouldn’t happen for sure

The ticket office has overcharged me twice this season for a season ticket upgrade.  They had just done the calculations wrong on their system.  It wasn't much money but it's just another example of things not working as they should.

Selling the same seat twice is a new low though.

Loads of people going into SK1 on Monday night had their tickets flash red when going in and were told their tickets had been sold so the system is obviously working well.

Similar issue

Rang TO last week to move seats for man city to sit with my son (member)

Somehow the guy sold my ST and instead bought me two for forest?! I usually check the confirmation but didn't til last night.

Thankfully I got in with my ST card and sat in my usual seat.

Rang them today to complain, shame we can't do this online and remove dealing with these guys

On the plus side, the ticket office sorted my problems and I can now buy tickets again, no explanation of course but at least I'm back in business.

I have to agree with rgfox, such a shame we have to call to move seats to sit with guests we buy tickets for. When I did this it was also mobile tickets to rub salt in the wound.

It was the villa game too, and I can't see my nephew being able to attend a night game (he's from Walsall). So now I'm in the family area without a kid, which ain't allowed. Another mess to try and sort out with the ticket office. :-(

The lead steward took a radio call and found me a different seat thankfully but it’s not great when you look like your a liar and are having to prove you aren’t one of those who just sit where they want

Apparently there were a few who fell to it as well

More an issue of being made to look like an arsehole who just swapped seats thankfully the bloke was ok about it he just wanted his seat which is fair enough
