You know your club has turned to shite when Union FS routinely outshine them by being personable and charitable. Good work as usual 👏

It's sad that you say such a thing because many people would actually believe you. You are no doubt unaware of the large donation that King Power has made to Leicester hospitals. Shame on you for you for what you posted.

Back under Vichai yes. Lets talk about the modern era and how they treat the fans.

When was the most recent donation by KP to Leicester hospitals?

In the last financial year the club donated £1.79m to charity.

Yes! Some of that £1.79m has gone to hospitals including hospices and children's hospitals. And that was in the last financial year. This year the club has already donated over a quarter of a million pounds to charity including hospitals!

First of all you should check the facts before you post "the club has turned to shite" as you so articulately put it. Secondly it is the modern era - the club has donated around £250000 to charity in the last few months alone. Lastly I don't need to dry my eyes - you are the one crying!

Out of interest what charitable arm did that come from?

The financial accounts -https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/en/charity-search/-/charity-details/5022584/financial-history - aren’t showing great sums of money on the last financial year

From the same website you just posted - check here - it will take you directly to the club's page.

That's just last financial year.

Top donated half a million to the Vichai foundation in May 2024 for local causes.

In the summer the club donated another £250000 towards hospices and local children's hospitals.

Listen I am not an ambassador for the club. I am just a long time supportr tired of our own "Supporters" slagging off our club all the time.

Yeah if you look deep into the last accounts for that charity  - the income is larger than the expenditure with the bulk of the income coming from the PL fund. From the last accounts report, there no indication that the charity you’ve highlighted has received money from the owners or give it to the hospitals.

@KP Fox No-one was doubting your claim - particularly given you've used articles from 2020 there.

I was reinforcing the opinion of another was that the club had subsequently slowed down on donations recently by illustrating the two connected charities accounts for the accounts ending 30 June 2023 showed there was minimal direct donations.

You stated Yes! Some of that £1.79m has gone to hospitals including hospices and children's hospitals. And that was in the last financial year.

The latter statement is wrong. The one of the two club charities in the last financial year donated £18k to the hospitals with the largest sums to charity going towards community organisations via Premier League's community projects - a lot of that is coaching projects and schemes etc. In 2021 for example, they built an excellent outdoor 5-a-side pitch in New Parks.

Yeah sure. It's a circus to you but not to me. Go check your local hospitals, hospices and children's hospitals and see how much our "joke" of club has donated to them. I don't think a circus of a club can be in the Premier league which is regarded as the best league in the world. But you go ahead and slag off our great club but I will always defend the current owners. I might  a minority of one but I don't give a flying fuch!
