Whilst it's true we don't utilise it well, you can't FORCE a footballer to sign for anyone. The guy has some of Europe's best clubs sniffing around and a chance to go play for RBL. Why on Earth would he ever agree to put pen on paper for us in our current state? 1

Very true, but why couldn't we have tried it last summer when we were a newly promoted Premier League side?

Because, righlty or wrongly, we decided that Oliver Skipp for 25m was a better midfield signing. 9

Not sure this bit is necessary. 😂 Honestly, I'd no more trust Steve Cooper with a transfer budget than I would Donald Trump at a teenage beauty pageant with a bag of Viagra.

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 11 April 2025 Posted 11 April 2025 Absolutely ridiculous. Given how happy King Power are with backroom deals and corruption in Thailand, we should have been paying £17.50 for this guy to come here.
cityfanlee23 Posted 27 April 2025 Posted 27 April 2025 So has Banzuzi actually signed anything with WH or is it just a verbal agreement? Don't get me wrong if West Ham go back in for him in the summer to complete the deal we don't have a snowballs chance in hell, but if it's just a verbal agreement and nothing official is signed as seems to be reported, we could potentially sort a deal out. I'd imagine he will have offers though.

I read the post on the last page that he had signed for them about an hour after it was posted. I googled his name earlier again and saw that he had a verbal deal with West Ham (a few weeks before signing for RB) and somehow completely forgot it was a done deal to RB. This club is frying my brain. Edited 27 April 2025 by cityfanlee23
