I'm sure. I was just making a joke within a joke.

My apologies, my sense of humour has deserted me of late. Suspect it may pass, or get substantially worse, once my son finishes his GCSE’s in the Summer.

Postie.

Nuff sed.

So up at 8, out the house at 9, and then rock back in at 2pm, after your 1 hour lunch break, just in time for your afternoon nap? 😁

It's when you go through the letters looking for the cash. :P

I get up at 5:40 latest, but usually much earlier. Straight out, 4-5000 steps, then shower and breakfast. If it's 3 or 4am, I get my steps done then go back to bed and set my alarm for 6:40. Out the door for 7am.

If I wake around 3 or 4 and try to go back to sleep, I'll stay awake, not do my steps and be tired. But if I go for a walk I can go back to sleep easily.

I'm awake at 5am every day of the week, I meditate and then drink a coffee before I start my day.

Have you ever thought of doing this around Jon Rudkin's house while playing cymbals?
