No other PL team would take Ndidi. He's been absolutely awful at this level for a long time now.

 

He'll be playing in the Championship again next season, and he's pretty good down there which is a positive for us.

I think he could do a job for a top Turkish or Greek club where he’s purely there to break up play and give it to others. the modern cdm in top euro leagues can’t just be a ‘destroyer’ - they need to be technically capable too.

Maybe - But unless he has a low release fee (which is possible to be fair), they won't pay what we'll probably want for him. 

 

I just can't see him leaving this Summer.

If he re signed last summer then he’d have an sig wage reduction clause. Any agent worth their money would have negotiated a release clause on relegation to go alongside that.  
I am unsure what happens to outstanding contractual salary obligations - say he’s got another three years at 80k - that means we owe him £12m.  But if he stays then his salary is reduced to 2.5m/annum.  Surely he must have a reduced fee option on relegation to compensate for that negative exposure to his future earnings.
