This is a long shot but why not try...

I'm wanting to go to the Leicester Vs Arsenal game this Saturday. I have 0 points on my account and I don't have a membership either. There are plenty of individual seats still available on the website but leicester aren't going to put these seats up for general sale, which I find disappointing.

Anyway, I have noticed that season ticket holders are allowed to buy guest tickets. It's a long shot but is there anyone out there, with a Leicester city season ticket, that could help me buy a ticket for Saturday's game?

I'd super appreciate it someone could help me out as I'd love to go to a game!

Are you a Leicester supporter?  If so, it seems a strange game to want to go to, because we're going to be destroyed.

As the replies already show, people are not willing to buy tickets for strangers on the internet especially with how quickly the club loves to ban their own supporters

the fact you only joined yesterday and your first post is a ticket request only raises more questions

Tbf he's done his research 'leicester aren't going to put these seats up for general sale, which I find disappointing' - is a good line to get the ticket office shambles posters up and at em.

Then outs himself as a Gooner with the 'super appreciate' at the end unfortunately.

A master class in everything you shouldn’t do when trying to get a ticket.
First post on the forum is a request for tickets. Language used suggests it’s a possible tourist away fan. No replies to any comments to deny this or explain further.

It reminds me of those people who request tickets on LCFC ticket selling social media sites, then when you look at their profile they are dressed in the full kit of the away team.

To be honest, if we dont sell out and he isn't denying a city fan a ticket, im not that arsed if he gets one or not.  The hooligan days of "infiltrating/taking the home end" are long gone.  A solitary away fan wont change that.

But i dont get it really, ive been an away fan in the home end (at cov and villa of all places) and its not much fun.  Can't cheer a goal or sing with your fellow city fans, just sit on your hands basically.

But the fact is that youd be daft to risk your own membership or ST buying a ticket for a stranger on the Internet.

I don’t think I would ever go and sit in a home end, I’d rather not bother because like you say it’s not as if you can do much..

I do however believe there are some good people out there. People would have more luck if they interacted and chatted with people and not just continuously and only ask for tickets.. I’ve had luck with a couple or people on here, one who I speak too regularly at games now and the other who I’ve never met. So being a stranger does work providing you seem genuine lol

I think most "normal people" Wouldn't have a problem sitting next to an opposition fan as long as they weren't a knob and read the room! One of the best things about going to away grounds is talking to the home fans over a pint!
