hang on so let me get this right in my head. The club has asked for an NDA to be put in place and its been signed??  The FAB or who ever from the trust should of walked out there and then.

The club is just basically dictating what can be said to its own fans? and you lot think that is alright??

honestly.

All Fan Advisory Boards have some sort of written signed agreement in place (NDA, Confidentiality Agreement or other named document, but basically the same thing), it is not unique to LCFC.

Minutes of the FAB scheduled meeting minutes are being published, similarly Fans Consultative Committee Working group minutes, which we are making fans aware of upon publication, as they are fairly hidden on the clubs website and no notification is sent out by the club of their publication. It is detailed in the last set of FAB minutes that more visibility is required.

Why though why do you need to sign anything surely it should be all transparent.

Knowing this now basically makes your minutes pointless as how do we as fans know what has been redacted??

Surely the club trying to bury these in their website should sound alarm bells too? Ever challenged it?

@Foxes_Trust

Is there a term in the NDA that prohibits the publishing of the NDA itself?

I'm going to assume No here as you have already acknowledged that it exists and mentioned that it covers some areas already explore. To that end, will you please publish the NDA in its entirety.

There shouldn't be an issue with this as the NDA doesn't disclose any information.

But I doubt it will get shown.

So the individuals who signed the NDA share nothing with other members of the Trust Board is that correct? If they don’t then the Trust is not engaged. If they do those people are not subject to the NDA so can share with Trust Members and the wider fa base?

Again why does it matter what other FABs do, is it a legal requirement? If not it doesn't have to be agreed to.

Who compiles the minutes? I presume it's the Club reps, I'm sure they're truthful and agreed to by the Fan's rep but they decide what is published and what isn't re the detail and control the narrative.

And this is what I mean when I say the Trust is completely ineffective. The Trust, UFS and all the other groups like it should be able to openly question the club about their decisions and - barring legal exemptions - report the answers openly. If information is redacted you may as well just be extra board members discussing it amongst yourselves. If anything it just adds to the frustration over a lack of transparency.

@Foxes_Trust love for you to provide your backgrounds. You’ve taken a top secret meeting and felt compelled to praise, encourage, back, applaud a failing CEO.

I think you’re part of the Foxes Trust board, and don’t believe what has happened to us is normal and praiseworthy, you should either be leaving or you’re shameful
