Babylon Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 SAME OLD MARKY!! HAVING A LAUGH!! 21504 I'm not having a laugh, i want the best for this football club, and he isnt good for us. I dont like seeing a different team every season, i dont like seeing us play the way we do, but i'll always support the TEAM, but NEVER this manager again. 21506 Plus i dont like a team that has NO discipline. 21532 I pressume you didn't like steve walsh then for getting sent off 14 times for us?? Thought not, you just look for things to blame on adams. Throw enough shit and some of it will stick!!! 21548 14 red cards in over 10 years, we're talking about 4 red cards in 10 games. 21549 and? 21553 Poor analogy - Why mention Steve Walsh to our current disciplinary problems? Walsh was comitted, if only we had other players like him..... 21566 Because petrescu says he doesn't like indicipline yet i guarntee he thinks walsh is a leggend. So if steve walsh gets sent off its comittment, if a current player gets sent off it's indisipline. Double standards. My point was mainly made because people seem content to pick on things like disipline and blame adams, when in reality he can do very little to stop idiots kicking out in the heat of the moment.
Anish Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Course he can do something to stop indiscipline. He should drop players for indiscipline and drum it into their thick heads that sendings off will NOT be tolerated. Our club's record is a disgrace and the manager has a lot to do with it.
andy_croydz Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 why are you and petrescu bangin on about discipline? micky made it clear he didnt want any more sendings off so why is it his fault?
Scow Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Sending offs are inevitable for any team, but we've had 4 red cards in 10 games, and 3 of them have been pathetic. You might get that in a season, but not in the first 10 games, what's going on? As for the Walsh comment, don't think it is double standards. He put the effort in, can you say the same about the likes of Stewart, Dublin and Connolly?
Anish Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 He can change the attitude of the players. But it doesn't seem that he's doing enough to control these players. Why don't other clubs seem to get as many sendings off as we do?? It can't just be that the players we have can't control themselves.

Anish Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Still, he should have realised the position he was in and not have acted foolishly. Connolly sees so many players around him getting sent off that he probably thinks it's ok to lash out.

Keowns got a yellow too.

Mark Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Come on then give us some of your views on Micky
andy_croydz Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 ill stay silent, as i was also one of the people saying micky should stay and we wouldent lose this game how wrong i was, i cant do anything right
Anish Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 There's only so much of 'keep the faith' I can take. I've kept my side of the bargain for long enough, Micky hasn't kept his side.
Craig Posted 25 September 2004 Author Posted 25 September 2004 Well, he deserves better doesn't he. He cant win with some of the wankers we have as supporters (aka Petrescu). Adams should walk, he'll find a side that wants to play for him and i wish him all the best. Our bunch are shit!
Mark Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 He's brought the players in, two sets of players in two seperate seasons. What are you on about? He has the team he wanted.
Anish Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 If these players don't want to play for him, what does that say about the man? He bought all these players after all.
Mark Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 If these players don't want to play for him, what does that say about the man? He bought all these players after all. 21655 Its a well known fact he's hard to get on with.
Guest Daniel Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Adams out, oh some people joining in the campaign. The one ive been running since before our Premiership season. The man aint got a clue. Oh and as for you Craig, sat here running your mouth at people, why aint you at the games? Adams out, its only common sense.
Craig Posted 25 September 2004 Author Posted 25 September 2004 Well BM, maybe its a question of money ay? I've been to the majority of the matches this season. We don't all have sugardaddys.
Cat Burger Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Was anyone suprised that we lost today after being 2-0 up, predicted answer = nobody! How can we as supporters be expected to carry on feeling this way, week in week out. Adams to leave by mutual consent
Guest Daniel Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Well BM, maybe its a question of money ay? I've been to the majority of the matches this season. We don't all have sugardaddys. 21787 My dad doesnt give me any my money, its called work. Hard i know but some of us have to do it, even if its in the local chippy. Id do anything to watch my club. Spose some people would sooner sit here telling people what should be done and when and why when they dont even go.
kirkup21 Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 I do respect the man for sticking with us through some bad times but also agree its probably time for someone else to have a go. I would want someone who likes to give younger players a try and does not rely on 'experience'.
Guest Daniel Posted 25 September 2004 Posted 25 September 2004 Micheal Jackson? I heard he likes the younger ones.
