Fun fact, last year we lost 3-0 away in Gent with both teams having about 0.5 xG. What goes around, comes around!

Another worldie by Lakomy to put us level in the 49th minute. Kaba gave us the lead in minute 61. 

First half was utter sh*t with both Maziz (23') and Vlietinck (28') having to come off with injuries. Second half was a bit better, but still not good.

Very happy with our 3-game winning streak, but we have to start playing better football. Our current level of play won't continue to win us games.

Correct, although I'm hoping that winning games will build the confidence needed to up the level of play as well. Yesterday's first half was indeed terrible, but the good news is that we never would have turned that around under Hubert. And to be fair, we absolutely deserved the previous win against Gent and the cup win against Seraing. :)

Some important games left before the winter break: Zulte Waregem at home, Standard Liège away, Cercle Brugge at home and La Louvière away.

 

Last chance to save this season in my opinion. With a couple of wins we could end the year in midtable. If we drop too many points we're doomed to play the relegation play-offs.

Pretty awful result tonight, losing at home to Cercle.

Do the fans see a way out of this or does relegation look the more likely outcome this season?

Not sure they’re quite there yet. Bottom of that league is like the WSL for most of the season, win one or two and you’re fine.

Things appear to be going backwards at Leuven as well. If they end up going down (which is difficult in this format) then Top would have tanked absolutely everything good that was done before him.
