We played very well today, but we just squeaked out of league two.

 

It'll be interesting to see how our teams look next season. 

 

I won't really have high expectations, other than to not go right back down

Pleased for County. Not long ago since they were non league. Unbelievable to think it's going to be a League fixture for us.

Notts are my 2nd team as I moved from Leicester to Nottingham when a teenager and I've seen a lot of Notts games over the years with my friends (Forest out of the question 🤣).  Great to see them back in Division 1.

Like many people, I rooted for Leicester to win the league and it's how I ended up at this forum as a Notts supporter.

 

Don't have a conflict with being in the same division now, but I still hope you guys sort your sh!t out and get yourselves back to the league you won 10 years ago.

 

As for my Notts, I'm quite happy where we are.

Just thought I’d pop in… Notts fan living in Leicester, buzzing from promotion and finally getting a chance to visit the King Power. Never saw us get more than a point at Filbert Street back in the 90’s.

I saw the Pies thrash us 0-4 at Filbert St on our return to the 1st Division in 1983 🤪. Unfortunately I missed the return game at Meadow Lane as my wife was in labour and City went on to win 2-5.

Karl Robinson sacked by Salford.

 

He was one goal away from automatic promotion which shows what a fine line it can be but guess they were also very poor at Wembley .

I kept waiting for them to wake up in that final and thankfully that never happened.

 

Didn't look like the same team we played and lost both times to during the season.
