Vardy's gone. KDH too. We don't know if Fatawu is going to be at the same level after his injury. And players like Winks, N'Didi and Justin are unlikely to shine as before (if they stay).  I know we've got some promising youngsters, but that may not be enough.

Yes, we've lost Vardy since last time, but the Vardy of 23/34 was hardly the player that he had been before.

We've lost KDH but we have added  BEK and also Skipp who has previously proven dominant at Championship level.  Even Soumare will look half decent in the Championship.

As it stands, to add to our 2024 title winning squad we have Thomas, Kristiansen, Okoli, Nelson, Souttar, Ayew, BDCR, Alves, Evans, BEK, Skipp and Monga.  OF those, even the Cooper abberations will be good enough in The Championship.

Some may leave but others will come in.

HMS Piss The League is ready to set sail again.

No not at all. I fear something similar to Luton but happy to be proven wrong

Lost faith in hierarchy

Little evident team spirit

Too many players who don't want to be there or put up the fight

No proven striker

Fans not invested

Points deduction imminent

This can all be turned around but the right choice has to be made(refer to 1st point)

We're nothing like Luton.  They over achieved to get into the play offs once.

We have been a Premier League team for 10 years, then relegated, then won the Championship, relegated again etc.  The point is we have been in and around The Premier League for years and still have a squad packed with PL experience.

Think our season hangs on whether we can get a decent goalscorer in up top. Think if we rely on Daka we won't make play offs and could end up relatively low down. He's that bad.

Wth a decent striker and our current attacking midfield/wing options we should score plenty.

Seriously though, our starting defence would already be one of the best in the league, even with how much we hate most of them

Just remember how good players like Vestergaard and Faes looked last time

Sensational lol

I think the biggest difference between the 2023 campaign and this one is that Enzo managed to arrest the malaise that hung over the club from the Rodgers relegation team straight away.  Marti has failed to do this and although I still maintain we have much more quality than almost any Championship squad we have no team spirit.  We have a team, not worthy of the name, that is just going through the motions with players wanting to get this season over with so they can sod off.
