Swapping faces etc

Looking for the best SIMPLE mobile app that allows faces to be swapped/cut from one photo onto another, or people added to another photo.  

Note the word simple, as that's what I am when it comes to tech 🤣

You do realise that the police will have the original CCTV? It will not matter what you do to alter it. 

 

Have you checked the existing picture app on your phone? My wife recently discovered such wizardry on her phone, when playing around with Google photos.

Haven't seen a photofit in years, wonder if they're still used, given modern technology.
