Thracian Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 Vitalfootball's Millwall website is talking of David Tuttle's managerial reign being the shortest in the club's history. Millwall have won only one of their last 15 League games. They have not won in seven away League games and have lost their last five at Leicester. If that doesn't all point to an upset I don't know what does. Football rarely works according to what is most likely, which is why so few of us ever win anything significant off the bookies.
The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 I appreciate all of that but I really think that for once, today, we might put a couple past Millwall.. Please please please.

I know what you mean about a shock on the cards..but it's when I really expect us to win we seem to lose. All this week I haven't really expected us to win today so I reckon that could mean we might win.
Foxhateram Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 what times kick off? 3 o clock mate. i think we have a good chance today humey is on form and hammond is coming along, and to be honest millwall do suck! so as long as we dont underestimate them to much then i think we have this on under the belt, i hope if we dont win then something is really up and craig has a bloody big job to do!
The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 Just remembered last boxing day at the walkers!
marko Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 I think an upset could well be on the cards. Does anyone remember what happened 12 months ago to the day? Boxing day, Rotherham, bottom of the league, 0-1 Anyways I hope history doesn't repeat it's self.
The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 I left that Rovrum game early in disgust.
davieG Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 We've been bad more often than not on boxing day, let's hope no one's told the players. BTW Thracian he'd have to go some to beat a certain Steve Claridge!
Collymore Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 i'm sure the 2 years was Ambrose last min 1-1 newcastle or is that 3 years now
