Anyone know what happens when the tickets just don’t arrive? I know I’ll need to collect a duplicate from the ground but don’t know if I need to ring up first? I’ve tried to ring but they’ve closed for today

The supporter liaison team will arrange for you to collect a duplicate tomorrow.  They usually get back to you out of hours (bank holidays etc) I'd imagine Jim will contact you during the course of tomorrow as he travels to the games anyway.  Failing that, I'd call sufc ticket office and explain, I'd think they'll allow you to collect with ID and proof of purchase

Taking my lads to their first proper away match for this one.

Been many years since I went to an away so I have a possible stupid question - the tickets obviously have an allocated "seat" but does this mean anything in practice?

Should I try to stand in my allocated spot or is it more of a everyone just finds their own place?

Also anyone got tips on parking nearby (or even a bit further out if it facilities a smoother getaway)

Try Crystal Peaks shopping centre, off junction 31, and then take the tram into Granville Road. Takes about 20 mins to get in but easier than trying to park.

I'd say most people stand in their allocated seat. But people are more chilled than home games if groups want to stand together or one person needs to tuck in etc. Stewards don't give a toss

I did look at trams but it being NYD I think the service is limited (particularly for the return jourmey)

I have a spare adult and u18 ticket….the teenager decided to stay out until 4:30 this morning.

Collection from Ashby - happy with less than face value as would just prefer for them to be used rather than wasted.

I will DM you when I know what's what - I live pretty local so can meet you when I get off the train.
