    There is a map guide which usually dictates which teams play in which regions. The FA and the league makes the decisions on league allocations for edge cases. To answer the second question, yes teams can be moved in between seasons to facilitate a realignment of the divisions. There have been instances of teams as south as Gloucester being placed in the National League North from the National League South due to more southern teams being relegated from the National League. There is a period after the allocations are announced where clubs can appeal and make a case to be moved to another division, in which they usually argue that they cannot afford the increased travel costs.

    Not sure if it’s relevant or someone’s already mentioned it, but the blue/red/white/gold Thai prayer flags that were around the ground have now been removed.

    You are absolutely bang on. This 18-22 ish old lad had a flag and this 50-60 year old man tried to take it off him and scrap him. I have no idea why he was so bothered by it. Just weird behaviour all round.

    Did anyone else see the confrontation outside of B3 post match over the honesty flags? I’m getting tired of seeing blue on blue scuffles every damn match at the moment, pre season seems to be no different
