Pulling down the pass didn’t help for me but I Sorted on Apple iOS clicked on the Info icon at bottom of pass where it gave info of the ticket in wallet,  turned off all notifications then turned them back on pulled down the screen and it changed to Oxford. Hope this helps 👍

I’m on Apple and have a friend on Android, I sorted myself out this morning. 
 

Have they done anything for android users yet ? Asking for someone (me a longtime Apple user) who is being asked for step by step details by an older non techie Android user! 
 

Getting rid of those cards looks like a master stroke now doesn’t it!! :blink:

It was absurd to think it wouldn’t just refresh at some point. If it was Saturday morning, fine to be worried. But for such a flap on a Tuesday was a little dramatic.

Didn’t feel like a flap to me…the posts led some of us sending a little email to the club pointing it out.  Perhaps that ‘Flap’ as you put it led to the club correcting it.

We’re aware of an issue where some Mobile Season Tickets on iOS (Apple) devices are displaying the next game incorrectly. We strongly encourage supporters on iOS to check their Mobile Season Ticket ahead of Saturday’s game against Oxford United. 

 

Please note that this issue is unique to iOS devices and will not affect supporters on Android.

 

If Oxford United is not displaying as the next game on your device, we recommend you follow the steps below before Saturday. Please do not delete the ticket out of your wallet.

 

Steps to take:

 

Open your Mobile Season Pass.

Tap on the three dots. There are two ways to update your pass.

Press on the miniature pass and drag the screen all the way down.

 

OR

 

Turn off Automatic Updates and then turn it back on.

Wait a moment for the pass to say it has been updated.

Click 'Back' and your pass should now show the fixture.

 

If you’re still having problems, please contact [email protected] for assistance to avoid delays to your entry on matchday.

 

If you do arrive at the game and are still having problems, please visit the Matchday Ticket Office, which is open from 9am.

Easily resolved by the tried and trusted method of 'turning it off, then turning it on again'!"  :facepalm:

 

But gives some another reason to go into meltdown. :@
