I am a life long Leicester supporter I have been supporting them for 44 years. Those 44 years have seen more lows than the amazing highs.

KP out is not going to fix this mess, if anything they are the only ones who can support and fix it. Who are you expecting to come in "Trump" get real and grow up.

 

We have been allowed fantastic times under KP and those of of us in the Winter of our years remember previous seasons of Leicester going up and down like a yoyo.

Spurs narrow minded fans got Levy out and look at them now.

My words here are not going to stop protests. They are not going to inspire a very weak team, but this is just a moment in time, we will always be a medium team that has more bad times than good.

Leicester are and will always be a YoYo club we will always be on the fringes so stop living in 2016 and accept who we are.

Maybe the protests will get over a thousand when we're relegated near the end of the season and the financial situation really hits home.

It needs to be something that pisses them off. They don’t care about protests outside the ground or whatever. It needs to inconvenience them, it needs to be an occupy the stadium. Rudkin needs to go. If we go into league 1 with Rudkin we will go lower.

we played okay for 40 min and then terrible for 55.

I’ve been supporting Leicester for 27 years and even the Levein/Kelly era wasn’t as bad as this. A yo-yo club we may be(historically) but not between league 1 and the championship. 
 

We used to be proud we hadn’t been outside the top two divisions, now we’re applauding our demise.

Who is living in 2016? I would say those hero worshipping KP over the future of the club. 
 

And this is nothing like before. This is not about being. yoyo club between the top and second tier any more. If we even have a club in the next couple of years, the second tier will be something we can only dream about.

 

We are heading towards lows this club has never seen. Why are so many people blind to it?

Any protest should be kept as simple and affective as possible - any supporter with a printer can print in large letter ‘OUT’ on a A4 sheet and hold it up.

OUT  the incompetent Rudkin who has brought us down to this sorry state, OUT to Glover whose recruitment has been so so poor throughout his tenure , and above all OUT to TOP AND KP who through naive incompetence have allowed such negligence to continue unchecked.

Alas next season in league 1 it will mean out for so many dedicated staff with the collapse of attendance- hospitality, sales, merchandise, stewards and so on.

Protests can be very impactful, but you need numbers, and it’s evident that the majority of the fanbase don’t give a **** if the club folds.

I am not blind, and have never said I hero worship KP but I know they have helded in given us more good times than bad. We should not accept relegation but we will bounce back.

Blocking them getting out and away from the ground would probably have more of an impact. They aren’t bothered by things that don’t impact them.

Yet again another posts that completely misses the point. 
 

A few points 

 

1- “were a medium club” not an excuse £600m has passed through his club in ten years, that’s elite level money, and we’ve thrown it away. 
 

2 - KP benefitted from a system set up by Nigel Pearson, Brendan Rodgers re kindled that to some degrees but ever since then that model has eroded. 
 

3 - there’s not chance KP fix this, they’ve managed to piss away £600m recklessly and have put us in genuine danger of folding. 
 

4 - this is absolutely nothing like our previous history, we’ve had enough none come through this club to ensure long term stability, and haven’t been able to yet clubs like Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton and Fulham have……

 

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but views like this are contributing to the clubs downfall.

 

 

If we get relegated, we won’t survive, the club will fold. 
 

So, if you love Leicester, you’ll fight for its existence, not sit there hoping it will somehow get better.

I was careful not to say you by the way. Talking generally.

 

But you are not seeing it. We will not ‘be back’. The most positive outlook is a future where any yo-yoing is between the Championship and L1, like Charlton have been. Top flight football will be something we will forget about completely. Our longest streak of seasons outside the top flight is 12 seasons, either side of WW1. We will not be back in anywhere near that timeframe.

 

And that is the positive outlook. The less positive is administration and possible liquidation and no club left.

What have you seen in the past few years that makes you so confident under the current ownership? Our amazing signings, the vast profits we're making, getting the managerial appointment correct most of the time, treating the fans well and communicating well with them?

 

Club is the worst it's ever been in my lifetime and we've got people still saying stick with them.

No one at Birmingham City knew who Wagner was after an awful experience with a Chinese owner. No one at Wrexham expected two Hollywood superstars to step forward. No one at Bournemouth expected a highly efficient sports club owner to make his first football investment with them. So yeah let's 'get real and grow up'. All three of those clubs had problematic issues which cost money, like dead money with no real reward. There are events like this - https://businessoffootball.live.ft.com - with banks representing a number of interesting parties who want to invest in football clubs. 

 

I find your yoyo comment quite sad. Football has changed from the period of LCFC being a yo-yo club. To accept history as some fate that must be returned to means we might as well just pack in football all together if it's all pre-determined. Those that support Brentford or Brighton might as well just pack up then and stop supporting cos their historical mean is 2nd or 3rd tier football and they aren't going to win anything of note. The idea behind football is that you hope your club push beyond their standing and make things happen. Asking a younger generation of support to stuck up because we are always this is unambitious and kinda kills the whole notion of supporting your local club. 

 

People aren't asking for 2016 success. We are easy within the 20 biggest clubs in the country - post PL era we are 14th for top flight points and there's no club outside the top six what can compete on our trophies tally won in the same period. Leicester City FC has progressed as an overall size and the city similarly to support any growth we can achieve. Top six this season with some younger players would have been accepted to the many. 

 

We are on the cusp of relegation to the third tier, this has only happened once in our history which ended a proud record of being one of the few clubs to remain in the top divisions with their history. 

 

We are currently positioned 43rd in the footballing hierarchy. 43th! Within 142 years of history, this is within the worst three seasons of this clubs history ever! Do you remember in 1996 when the fans were stood outside Filbert Street protesting about O'Neill's poor start and how we drifted to mid-table in the second tier?

 

I am life long Leicester fan - I have seen us in administration, I saw us at Filbo, I saw us at Hereford. I am no 2016 glory boy.

I've been to proj reset and both of these unite for change ones and the next step imo is protest before and after the game, anger after todays shower of sh1t would be massive and a crowd outside the reception might attract a few fence sitters who get a bit more passionate after such an embarrassment
