Its either a new broom sweeps clean or Top needs to grow a set  it needs a Total root and branch clear out. Pinpoint a new manager get him in place a sort out the playing side .

The club needs proper structures and standards putting in place, a focus on getting the competitive edge like under Pearson. We were cutting edge on fitness, analytics, sports psychology, a lot of which was ditched by Ranieri in his second season, as much as I love the guy he thought it was all modern nonsense but in reality it makes perfect sense.

Get rid of Coco the Clown Rudkin, and replace him with someone who actually has the necessary credentials, knows how to do the job and drives the club forward. The rest will then all fall into place.

The sad reality is, if we don't get a strong character in as manager who can somehow override the tide against them to get this club back to being a real club again, we are sinking again in league one. Last chance saloon.

I genuinely had an old boy show me a brush last week that he said he’d had since the 70’s, I could barely keep a straight face when I asked him how many heads it had had. 
 

He said it was the original head though.

I agree, the next manageral appointment is crucial, and a strong no messing type for me. We don't have have the luxury to experiment with a young up and coming option, yet.

 

But, equally if not more importantly we HAVE to change our operating model, even reverting back to some degree a bit of the the old " sell a star to fund the club" set up.  

There is however a major 5ft 10" turd in the U Bend that just won't flush away in the form of Rudkin and until he at the very least fvcks off there just isn't an environment at LCFC to instigate and implement the desperately needed changes.

Put in place by Pearson I believe. They should get him as an advisor, fitness pending. 
 

Round up all the coaching staff. Ask them what the issues were with the players, ask them how can they fix it, sack them for not doing it.

In reality none of this will happen . If he’s gone back to Thailand then he’s just doing the easy thing ie do nothing and hope it works out. He must be extremely stupid to not realize that it’s going to cost him millions. Act now and we have a chance.

only way is for fans to force his hand but not sure if this is even possible.
