Nationwider Posted 25 May 2006 Posted 25 May 2006 Eh up sir. Good day at the office? I had a grim morning - mainly due to unpleasentness in the digestive tract. Sorry if that's a bit graphic. Jalapeno horrors.

Nationwider Posted 25 May 2006 Posted 25 May 2006 Fo sho! Our Stez is poorly in bed at the mo - must be summat going around. Payslip? What's a payslip? A piece of paper with the work "Sucker!" on it. Actually, I've seen much worse, and I'm happy to be in gainful employment. Takes me back to the days of temp-ing..... "Chip-Up" to Senor Googleimage, btw.

Guest Posted 26 May 2006 Posted 26 May 2006 We had our payslips this week, but don't get paid until next. The bar stewards are doing it on purpose, I swear. I've had to pay a frigging fortune this week to get my car fixed.
Rincewind Posted 26 May 2006 Posted 26 May 2006 Last Thursday in the month I receive my payslip, last Friday the wages go into the bank and the following monday the money comes back out again to pay all the bills that I received. What's left over I draw out each week to pay for essentials like
Dr The Singh Posted 26 May 2006 Posted 26 May 2006 4 weekly, pay for me!! Good thing about it though, I get 13 payslips a year rather then 12!!!
Head Honcho Posted 26 May 2006 Posted 26 May 2006 Well it's that time of the month when you get all excited when that lovely payslip arrives... Then you see how much tax and NI you've lost at source. HOW MUCH? BASTARDS!!!!!!!!! Some bint who works for me once told me she spends £100 a month on Sky and mobile phone bills and in the same breath complained about paying the same for Tax and NI. I was baffled to say the least, she spends most of her time taking her kids to school or to the doctors and yet I doubt she has a clue as to how she is able to do this!
Phube Posted 26 May 2006 Posted 26 May 2006 More depressing is the P60 I've just got, they steal ALL my money!!
