It's Vince Noir from the legendary programme that is.... it's a totally random but complete genius tv show off BBC2/3 maybe it's not travelled as far as Scotland yet but you can see clips at the following... And I thought all you had for entertainment in that part of the world was the wireless you gathered around in the evenings!!! you do need to watch the Boosh a few times to understand it but hopefully then you will be hooked!! you can watch and episode here if you wish
