Probably mostly down to the poor photo quality rather than any significant buildup of fat.

yes i've heard that the camera can put 10 pounds on you.........don't know how many cameras were aimed at him though

he's probly downplaying how important he is so as not to put too much presure on him

And for those of you who really think Weso's looking a bit chubby, there's one possibility here...

A typo in the title of the article.

Perhaps it was supposed to be Weso fighting fat :P:smile:

Great news but I was concerned about them bringing him back too quicly last time and I just hope this time they use him sparingly while his confidence in the leg rebuilds.

I agree.

I think his leg must be truely proven to be able to hack the pace of games by being slowly brought into the team. So it may take 6 or 7 sub appearances before he can be considered a starter. This along with training matches.

His leg must prove itself before he can be given a chance.

Maybe thats why RK is playing down his chances. As he's not sure if his leg will ever be able to hold up to championship standard football.

That's very reasonable of you Thracian! :D

I totally agree, I just hope that Kelly knows when to be cautious with him and when to unleash him. I believe at this moment in time that Kelly will use him from the bench and slowly build him up in the first few months but we all know how good Wesolowski is and if the other central midfielders fail to impress then Kelly will be hard pushed to keep Wesolowski on a leash.

He's not fat, he's built like a brick shit house.

I'm pleased to hear Kelly's thoughts on him though, he's being very realistic but I still believe come a few games in to the season if all goes well with his fitness then it will be almost impossible to leave him out.

What do you mean how important he is? We've hardly seen him play

In the time he played though we won nearly every game and he was instrumental in midfield. If he fulfills his potential then he'll be one of our most important players.
