Nationwider Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 Before I answer, does left-wing count as one word or two? I'd say one.
The People's Hero Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 What a coincedence - we were doing this last night in the pub. It soon moved on to describe the other people present in 3 words. My best mate was most upset when his girlfriend described him as 'scruffy, pis shead, willy puller!'. They rang my girlfriend who described me as 'funny, dependable and loyal like a dog' she actually said 'loyal like a dog'. I'd describe myself as being sociable, loyal (like a dog) and over-opinionated.

The People's Hero Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 Apart from 'willy puller'.. she was spot on!
golden gordon Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 Apart from 'willy puller'.. she was spot on! you can tell a man who boozes by the company he chooses so the old poem goes
Lemon Harpic Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 I'd say one. I was going to try my hand at some alliteration. So far I have left-wing and loser. Is there a word for obnoxious that begins with 'L'?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 10 September 2006 Posted 10 September 2006 I was going to try my hand at some alliteration. So far I have left-wing and loser. Is there a word for obnoxious that begins with 'L'? You could try loudmouth?

cisono Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 According to jme, I'd be: - "explicit strong predator" or possibly - "scary strong predator" (pity about the lack of full alliteration there)
cisono Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 They rang my girlfriend who described me as 'funny, dependable and loyal like a dog' she actually said 'loyal like a dog'. I'd describe myself as being sociable, loyal (like a dog) and over-opinionated. Hmm quite surprising really (except the over-opinionated bit)
The People's Hero Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 Hmm quite surprising really (except the over-opinionated bit) Well it's only how I describe myself. Others might disagree!
Suffolk_fox Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 you can tell a man who boozes by the company he chooses so the old poem goes And the pig got up and slowly walked away... My colleague says 'Wacky, Ginger, Nuts'
cisono Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 Well it's only how I describe myself. Others might disagree! well, apparently others agree with you (in part at least)
The People's Hero Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 Yes - you agree that I'm over opinionated and my girlfriend agrees that I'm 'loyal like a dog!'.
cisono Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 Yes - you agree that I'm over opinionated and my girlfriend agrees that I'm 'loyal like a dog!'. That's exactly it!
The People's Hero Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 That's exactly it! Glad my ability to read between the lines is intact!

lookwhaticando Posted 11 September 2006 Posted 11 September 2006 Champion's League???!!! Surely it's not possible to score a hattrick in every level? People describe respective leagues as 'this level' - so he'd have to score in every division from Sunday league level to Premiership, by way of the Football League and Conference... as well as International level, UEFA Cup and Champions League ... it's just not possible.
