Flemmish Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Fulltime. Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 Leicester City
Thracian Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Sounds all over. One scrappy goal and ten minutes of attacking enterprise fails to bring reward. What a f.....g disappointment. When will we learn to impose our will.
Simon Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 We were shite. Didn't deserve anything. Didn't get anything. Not good enough
Brummie-FOX Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Watching Soccer Saturday; Why when we're winning are we the last game to finish? Of course this week when we're losing we're the 4th F**CKING GAME TO FINISH
Louise Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 FT: 15th in the table, 5pts from the playoffs, 8 off relegation
Leicester Lass Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Don't like the look of the next 3 fixtures either: Saturday, 11 November 2006 The Coca-Cola Football League Championship Leicester v Plymouth, 15:00 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 18 November 2006 The Coca-Cola Football League Championship Leicester v Preston, 15:00 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 25 November 2006 The Coca-Cola Football League Championship Derby v Leicester, 15:00
Cobbo Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Ah we were bound to lose at some point. We'll be back folks. Even sides under O'Neill never won vs Wednesday at Hillsborough.
cisono Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Sounds all over. One scrappy goal and ten minutes of attacking enterprise fails to bring reward. What a f.....g disappointment. We just didn't do enough. We virtually played just the last ten minutes. I am certain that this is a confidence problem. They seemed to be scared of Sheff Weds for some reason. Not great tactics... They expected to lose, so they did.
davieG Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Based on the match commentary the team & manager are guilty of obtaining money by false pretences, they demonstrated quite clearly in the last ten minutes that they can attack but where happy to cheat the paying fans. Disgraceful.
Thracian Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 FT: 15th in the table, 5pts from the playoffs, 8 off relegation What are you trying to say - that it's not so bad or what? That there's some sort of excuse for our approach? Or are you just being informative - in which case, thanks.
cisono Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 What are you trying to say - that it's not so bad or what? That there's some sort of excuse for our approach? Or are you just being informative - in which case, thanks. That was Louise. Definitely informative
Leicester Lass Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 It was bound to happen some time, just a shame that we lost it and didn't get beaten
davieG Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 We just didn't do enough. We virtually played just the last ten minutes. I am certain that this is a confidence problem. They seemed to be scared of Sheff Weds for some reason. Not great tactics... They expected to lose, so they did. Well they showed quite clearly in the last ten minutes that confidence was NOT the problem the team selection and their general appraoch to the game was deliberaty negative and they conceded the game even before they kicked off.
Louise Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 That was Louise. Definitely informative I think that's a compliment...
Leicfox Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 Ah we were bound to lose at some point. We'll be back folks. Even sides under O'Neill never won vs Wednesday at Hillsborough. 0-1 Tony Cottee, i was there
lookwhaticando Posted 4 November 2006 Posted 4 November 2006 I think that's a compliment... Poor chat-up line, though.
