Who voted NO and hasn't given a reason????? :protest:

Haha, give 'em some time! They might be constructing a gargantuan post to explain their decision!

Something along the lines of;

"e did well gud 4 us last season an i think he desreves mor time to turnn things arownd"

Can we have an undecided option because i was firmly for keeping him before this week but 3 defeats in 7 days has pushed me towards him leaving

If someone doesn't know whether they want him to go or not after a year in the job then I don't want to go to McDonalds with them.

"Erm...I want the....oh no...maybe? Err..."

Oh for ****s sake, just order a ****ing Big Mac meal, large coke and sacked manager!

What is he meant to do with a pisspoor squad?

He could be doing better but the squad isnt play-off quality.

You're just the sort of person Ronald McDonald loves.

1) Don't bring in rubbish players.

2) If you're going to bring in rubbish players, make them better by coaching.

3) Make us at least compete with teams like Sheffield Wednesday.

4) Tell the players it's ok to score a goal every now and then.

5) Don't use lack of money as an excuse for tactical naivety, lack of motivation and potentially ruining players' careers with negative tactics, poor coaching and no squad discipline or accountability.

No one is saying it is, were battling relegation thats not acceptable.

I'll admit it, I voted no.

Reasons - I turned against Levein last season not after many of the dismal performances and results, but after we dropped into the relegation zone. I'm going to be fair and call for Kelly to be sacked only if this is the case again (which on present form will be next week).

Yes it may be too late by the time we plummet into the bottom 3, but that's my reasoning nonetheless. Besides, I think our mire is equally down to our piss poor players as much as bad management.

Finally, it saddens me to think that we're going straight down the Forest route. Kinnear came in and saved them from the drop one season, then they were woeful the next season before Kinnear was given the chop. It seems like history is repeating itself with us...

I voted no because he is a rookie and we need to support him and he will become better through experience.

I wonder how long it will be before the stadium is chanting for 'Kelly out' though.

Surprised I didn't hear it today

"Thanks Rob mate, your a great guy and I wish you well for the future. Theres the door."

Thats what I would say.

Perfect. Exactly right. I'd thank him very very much and wish him well wherever he goes.

Just some more reasons to highlight his limitations from today's game:

a) Continuing with Maybury at left back - out of position. Voluntary weakness.

b) Playing Williams - clearly not fit enough. Voluntary weakness.

c) Playing Low - how much evidence does Kelly need. Voluntary weakness.

So... three totally voluntary weaknesses against a half-decent Sheffield side that we could still have beaten. It is professional suicide and I've mentioned it as a problem with Kelly time and again.

There are other aspects too like communication - which is awful.

It's bloody awful. Kelly might have gone on a course to cover dealing with the Press but if he's following their guidelines he's getting it wrong.

For example: Where has Nils been these last couple of games?. Has he been dropped?. Is he ill?. Is he injured or what?. The fans want to know and it would be courtesy to tell them. PR is bloody important at a football club and ours is sadly lacking.

To all intents and purposes he's disappeared from being a first team regular to being somewhere even beyond the bench. Why is it we're playing a right back in that position?

"Such mysteries" have occured before. Porter totally disappeared from the scene for weeks on end without a word of comment.

O'Grady the same when it was said he and Kelly had a bust-up and Maybury too.

It simply isn't good enough. Explanations don't need to be protracted...

"I've decided not to select him."...."he's not been feeling too good".........."that's an internal matter"...."he's not fit".

Lyrics for Song: Goodbye (Kelly's Song)

Lyrics for Album: Pass It On Down

Before I fly and wave goodbye

I say to you "Days with you are the best years of my life"

But if I don't see you anymore

Keep my words safely stored

And I'll be back I promise once more

Goodbye, goodbye

Till I see you again

Goodbye, goodbye

I'll love and I'll miss you till then

Remember me 'cause I care

Where you are and how you fare

Get in touch if the wind blows in your face

I guess it's been too much fun

We've shared and we've won

Yes the best is yet to come

Goodbye, goodbye

Till I see you again

Goodbye, goodbye

I'll love and I'll miss you till then

That one word hurts so bad

You leave the best you've had

But you keep the faith and pray to return

Goodbye, goodbye

I'll love and I'll miss you till then

Goodbye, goodbye

Goodbye, goodbye
