Manwell Pablo Posted 4 December 2006 Posted 4 December 2006 I'm sorry I've upset you for some reason. Don't really see how. I actually can't believe you. That is a fact. I can't believe him either, ignoring my PM's! However I agree with him, you are a cockwand.
The People's Hero Posted 4 December 2006 Posted 4 December 2006 I'm sorry I've upset you for some reason. Don't really see how. I actually can't believe you. That is a fact. Because you constantly criticise other fans for wanting managers out but your answer is always bring back MA. 1) He wouldn't come back. 2) He'd lost it here. He didn't want the job. He'd offered his resignation more times than a man with any humility should be allowed to. The board should have let him go way earlier. You just can't accept this.

He didn't want the job. He'd offered his resignation more times than a man with any humility should be allowed to. The board should have let him go way earlier. You just can't accept this. My answer is not brink back MA. As if he would come back anyway. I would imagine we would be about the last place he'd come.
The People's Hero Posted 4 December 2006 Posted 4 December 2006 I'd like to hear your solution then. If it's anything other than keeping Rob Kelly, you're a hypocrite, as well as a cad.
lcfc_jme Posted 4 December 2006 Posted 4 December 2006 My answer is not brink back MA. As if he would come back anyway. I would imagine we would be about the last place he'd come. So then what would you suggest seeing as you can't believe people on here for wanting RK to leave us before we're fooked?
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 HaHa! If only that were true. If only. Some people are on the Kelly out bandwagon for life and will never climb back off. Guarantee it. They don't count, bloody grubs
Ultra Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 Who voted NO and hasn't given a reason????? The fact that you're leading the lynch mob is all the reason I need to give.. Your opinion is invariably worthless, so why should anyone trust it now?
BartonFox Posted 5 December 2006 Author Posted 5 December 2006 The fact that you're leading the lynch mob is all the reason I need to give.. Your opinion is invariably worthless, so why should anyone trust it now? Jealously it is a terrible thing Ultra, what a weird and wonderful world you must live in.
kylecoare Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 Well if we want Kelly out or not the club are not going to get rid until the takeover at least. What right would Tim Davis and mr McDonalds have in getting rid of a manager that MM might actually want?!? So why dont we stop getting on Robs back for the mean time and hope that he can repeat what he did at the end of last season.
Lichfieldfox. Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 I voted no because the guy and team needs the support of the fans. Its differentto the Levein situation last year where we had far less injuries. Okay he's not bought brilliantly but if you've got no money you get what you pay for. Also the aggressive tone of the vote made me almost abstain. I'd give the guy till end of Feb and not make the same mistake othwer clubs have done.Even Steve Bruce was 'at risk' earlier in the season 'cos of fans demands and a few poor results.
Katy Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 Remember kids, don't have an opinion that's different from the concensus - it could seriously damage your foxestalk life.
The People's Hero Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 The fact that you're leading the lynch mob is all the reason I need to give.. Your opinion is invariably worthless, so why should anyone trust it now? Just because we don't think RK is the man for the job, doesn't make us a lynch mob. If Barton's opinion is 'worthless,' I'd like to know what you think of your own nonsensical rantings. I laughed hard at you when Mandaric confirmed his bid and I'll laugh even harder at you when RK goes. Vote Ultra. Your shining candidate for the anti-progress party.
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 The fact that you're leading the lynch mob is all the reason I need to give.. Your opinion is invariably worthless, so why should anyone trust it now? You're a joke. Theres nothing happening on or off the pitch to back up any of your views or predictions so you just throw stupid insults about. If any ones opinion is "invariably worthless" it's yours.
The People's Hero Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 We might not all be united in our views on RK. But I think we can all be united in agreeing that Ultra is a tosser of the highest order.
Daggers Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 I voted no because the guy and team needs the support of the fans. Its differentto the Levein situation last year where we had far less injuries. Yes, Steve Bruce was 'at risk', but his team weren't bumping towards the bottom of the league. He hadn't been in his post for a year and demonstrated not just no improvement but negative motion. We have regressed as a club to being something in a worse state than before he took over. Show me one player that is now better than before, show me the confidence and improvement on the pitch. Show me the ability to make substitutions, team selections and use tactics in a wise and prudent fashion? Show me the ability to learn from his mistakes and the post match press briefings that don't hang on increased training ground effort and refereeing decisions? Show me the ability to recruit useful squad players? In short, show me a man who is a manager worthy of sticking with? As I have said before, Kelly was a man for a job and that job was 'making do'. He has completed that job now and it is time for him to move on with our thanks. The only argument against him going in the January window has to be that maybe a better manager would become available at the end of the season than midway through it. Personally, I hope that Mandaric brings contacts with him that allow the breaking of contracts elsewhere ~ I'd be loathed to see a caretaker for the remainder of the season with us so close to the bottom. "Oh, but Kelly hasn't been given money to spend!" This is true, but with the ability to sign players, he picked a collection of dolts. His player man-management would also seem to be lacking too. It is he that has allowed our club captain to get carried away on the pitch. Maybe the overtones of this thread are a touch aggressive...I think desperation inspires that. On the back of our losing run can anyone (that pays to see games regularly) honestly put their hand up and say they'd trust him to continue and that he won't send us down? I can't.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 5 December 2006 Posted 5 December 2006 Remember kids, don't have an opinion that's different from the concensus - it could seriously damage your foxestalk life. Not to mention possibly attracting a 'protest' smiley from BartonFox. We might not all be united in our views on RK. But I think we can all be united in agreeing that Ultra is a tosser of the highest order. I've always thought of Ultra as being thought provoking, and he is a fellow republican which suggests a high IQ
Daggers Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 Let's compare the voting between the two Kelly threads
Foxhateram Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 "Thanks Rob mate, your a great guy and I wish you well for the future. Theres the door." Thats what I would say. now now lads its one game! in RK's reign we have actually put the best run together that leicester have had for years! 10 unbeaten!!!. we have just taken 10/15 points in the last 5 not that bad. And to be honest with you hes done bloody well with the limited resources he has! ok today his subs were um no short of abismel but we all have off days, and i think it was more the players not having any fight what so ever today that lost if for us! im probably going to be hated now but i beleive getting rid of kelly will 1) be to expensive and 2) will unsettle everything and get us relegated. there! there is my explanation barton fox please pick me apart now
Leicester's 12th Man Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 Give him until the end of the season even if Milan comes in. He got us out of trouble last year so he deserves another shot at trying to take us up the league. If we finish higher than 12th then he shouldn't get the boot full stop. It's clear that injuries and lack of funds has affected us badly this season. He and team needs the support of the fans - keep the faith as we're in it together.

Leicester's 12th Man Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 You are in denial. <_< You're saying Mourinho would win us the league if he repleaced Kelly and the funds/squad/injuries didn't change ???
Leicester's 12th Man Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 your point is gr8 and i agree! no not even fergie could win us the league with what we have got at our club, it is certain we need to find money from somewhere wether it be selling players or mandarich. or both
Foxhateram Posted 30 December 2006 Posted 30 December 2006 or both together? now that would be interesting :Pthe fight would probably be more entertaining than the football!
