Floating Fox Posted 31 December 2006 Posted 31 December 2006 I'm more than likely going over there as well. Traitor. D2/E1 and the kop itself will be ruined. Is it cus you broke that thing
Sods Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Glad you enjoyed your day out despite the weather. However, are you taking the piss about your supporters putting Saints fans to shame? Considering the delay, the weather etc, Saints fans either side of you never stopped singing. I was sat right beside the Leicester fans and could hardly hear a thing, I did notice about 15 people at the back singing, that was it though. I always thought Leicester had a passionate support, however having been to most games at SMS and Walkers between us in previous year, I have to say, Leicester are the quietest fans I have come across. Not a wind up, just the truth. I hate southampton With a passion. Stewards are idoits as well. Got kicked out for swearing, in the 86th bloody minute. Sorry this post is a bit late but i needed to post something. Oh and l1 is quality
JoeyB Posted 2 January 2007 Author Posted 2 January 2007 i think the club might be better swapping the family stand around with kop just a surgestion
Wils Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 i think the club might be better swapping the family stand around with kop just a surgestion How many times has this been mentioned now.

Wils Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Erm... I think that was the first time, wasn't it? Yeah. What a great idea though, why cant we do this?
Leonisco Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Yeah. What a great idea though, why cant we do this? Yeah, the club could hold a vote on it or something...
Leicester Lass Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Yeah, the club could hold a vote on it or something... Or even do a questionnaire about it
Leonisco Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Or even do a questionnaire about it ...and then ignore it totally.
Guest Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 I would just like to point out that this has got to 5 pages, and no mention of poor little me making the journey down there with tonsilitis and feeling like poo. Thanks.

Thanks. and i went there on my own ( ) with a (slight) cold and got wet. and ate 2 cornish pasties which gave me "problems" later that day.
Leicester Lass Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 I'd like to take this opportunity to give a special mention to Lisa for making the trip down to Sarfampton. We are not worthy

john_lcfc Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 Traitor. D2/E1 and the kop itself will be ruined. Is it cus you broke that thing why dont you move to L1? <_<
Guest Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 and i went there on my own ( ) with a (slight) cold and got wet. and ate 2 cornish pasties which gave me "problems" later that day. Ooh, bad luck. Had a similar experience up at Sunderland the other year. Not nice. I'd like to take this opportunity to give a special mention to Lisa for making the trip down to Sarfampton. We are not worthy Aw, bless ya, you shouldn't have mentioned it.... That's no problem. If there was a raspberry blowing smilie, it would be aimed at you right now.
lcfc_jme Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 why dont you move to L1? <_< He doesn't want to fall out with even more people on FoxesTalk, that's why .. Though he reckons he's going to be in L1 for the Fulham game alongside me I think the Kop is going to be completely lacking any atmosphere (unless the ref gives a bad decision) next season, as a lot of people from the back couple of rows are planning on moving in to L1 on a permanent basis in search of atmosphere.
john_lcfc Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 .. Though he reckons he's going to be in L1 for the Fulham game alongside me picked a right thriller you and SUAS should come in L1 against derby and coventry as should anyone considering L1 next year
lcfc_jme Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 picked a right thriller you and SUAS should come in L1 against derby and coventry as should anyone considering L1 next year Said he's going over there to see what it's like... Amazing I'd imagine with Fulhams top-class support .. Wants to see if he can spot his friend as well (a Fulham fan) - shouldn't be hard really As for coming in L1 against Derby and Cov goes, I may (as sheephead knows) be there for the remainder of our home games this season, all depending on where I buy this Half ST for Sat there when Stoke were down here and enjoyed it very much
Jonbluefox9 Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 L1 was rubbish yesterday. Much better when full up like it was for the cheap games. It's not fair on STHs but when people can get in for cheaper prices L1 is very loud and creates a great atmosphere. The lack of quality and passion on the pitch didn't help.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 L1 was officially hungover yesterday Can't argue with that mate!
Leicester's 12th Man Posted 2 January 2007 Posted 2 January 2007 L1 was officially hungover yesterday Don't worry about it ... I think the team was too
philce Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 i think the club might be better swapping the family stand around with kop just a surgestion This has already been "suggested" by the club and a questionare was passed around last season, most probably ended up on the pitch as planes! The outcome was that the kop "voted" to stay where they are. (Probably fixed though). Time to invade the family picnic area? There are anough kids around us in L1 so I dont think the'll be scared! Or get the club to create another area for singing in the corner? I was at Southampton and the atmosphere was intimidating, we need to do the same thing. We cant have a few in L1 who want to sing, and a few more who just want to get in 10 mins late, go after 15 mins cos they need a p**s, then go home on 85 mins to miss the traffic. We managed to shut them up at Hull (I know not difficult) but it was weird hearing our own singing echoing around the ground!
