As far as the defence goes that or Nissa on for Mabbs, but Maac sounds like he's going to lose it so your probably right, whats more doesnt sound like Mabbs has done much wrong... I would only replace Hume if he's looking like he really is in trouble (just techy about using all the subs up) then again bringing DC could change things... hmmm...
