Who ate all the pies? Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 Obviously not as Hull are in talks with former Leicester "player" (an outrageous claim in know hence the quotation marks) Kevin Ellison, who currently "plays" for Chester. Amazing isn't it...you'd thought he would have learnt from the first time but Oh no. I'm waiting to see if he bids for Akinbyi!

Who ate all the pies? Posted 11 January 2005 Author Posted 11 January 2005 A superb player picked from obscurity (Altrincham so?) and never quite lived up to his potential! Actually a load of crap bought by Taylor because he scored a few goals and was 12 (or something, I know he was young!). Hope that helps...you missed nothing believe me!
Mark Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 He scored for Chester in the FA Cup on Saturday. Taylor gave him his debut away at Man Utd, never saw him again
davieG Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 He scored for Chester in the FA Cup on Saturday.Taylor gave him his debut away at Man Utd, never saw him again 54009 There was nothing wrong with any of Taylor's signings for Leicester, Benji's scored again tonight don't you know if we'd have been playing in the 4th division (as was)

Scow Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 I was reading a paper on Sunday, and one of the reports stated that Ellison could play at a higher level.

Up a hill so which club plays at the highest point above sea level then.

Chandler Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 I think that Mr Pieman is being a bit hard on the old sourpuss. Taylor is doing well at Hull and looks like he will achieve consecutive automatic promotions. And he may even surprise people in the Championship. His big problem is that he does not seem to have an eye for a good player. He was given the biggest budget of all time here and blew it spectacularly. Worse still he did not appreciate the TECHNICAL demands of the Prem. Hence AkinBadBuy over EiderDown. There again Ade looks OK in the Championship and could, if ever called upon, do a job at the KC stadium. So, will you be having your hat with your pie sir?

Jonesy_rules Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 good luck to Kev and to PT and Hull, that's all i can say!
Alexikokopops Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 Ellison played well for Lincoln when he came on loan last season, but then snubbed Lincoln in favour of Chester. Although I will always remember when he managed to hit a one man wall with a free kick in the play-of semi last season.

Cobbo Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Taylor bums chickens 54163 Link? 54177 Eeew, you want to see that?
Jonesy_rules Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 I think there a lot of sourgrapes around! like it's already been said taylor is doing a good job, and the way hull have been playing, they could give alot of teams a run for their money in the championship, starting with us! Not to mention they can beat blackpool 2-0 we'll all be waving to them as they move past us in the table next season "mark my words"
Scow Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 I was reading a paper on Sunday, and one of the reports stated that Ellison could play at a higher level. 54057 And Taylor has duly splashed out 100k for Ellison... Link

Also can you stop creating threads that have already been created, such as the agents fee's one. You regularly do this. If you carry it on, i'll ban you.
