Guest Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Depends whether what you 'hope for' is universal approval or debate. Neither, both are overrated. I thought you were allowed to debate things on here and not just get told what to think! But it's ok to tell people where they can and cannot sit. Not sure why your a bit down on the N block Idea Lisa this is not a us and them situation You could have fooled me. Perhaps if supporters got on with the task of supporting the team instead of making out which group is better which has been going on for longer than this saga, the stadium would be a much better place. So you see, it's not the N block idea that I'm against. I don't know why I always have to spell this out....
Floating Fox Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 But it's ok to tell people where they can and cannot sit. When did anyone say that?
Nath Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 got my tickets, Row U! not as high as i wanted and i probably wont get to stand, but oh well, still be buzzing foxes trust commented on singing before the game, on how it brought back memories of the kop, and my god, how it did! lets continue that theme and get behind the lads from before the word go!
SystonFox Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 the ticket office still havent emailed me back im going down to get Southend tickets tomorrow anyway so i will move then.
Leonisco Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 got my tickets, Row U! not as high as i wanted and i probably wont get to stand, but oh well, still be buzzing foxes trust commented on singing before the game, on how it brought back memories of the kop, and my god, how it did! lets continue that theme and get behind the lads from before the word go! You won't be far off, mate, the standing went all the way down to row AA against Cov, and there should be more people on Saturday.
Nath Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 You won't be far off, mate, the standing went all the way down to row AA against Cov, and there should be more people on Saturday. less time to switch though, confirmation only came through yesterday. but hopefully your right any one have any ideas on the amount sold for the N block?
Simi Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Well my seat has been reserved again. . Row MM and NN I believe so near the back !
Nath Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 i dont think there will be as many in there as the cov game, due to lack of advertising and such late notice, still a few hundred though.
SystonFox Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 i think there will be the same ammount there. are we being pushed further over tho cos of WBA's 3,500 fans?
Tommeh Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 i dont think there will be as many in there as the cov game, due to lack of advertising and such late notice, still a few hundred though. No chance, they'll be more IMO. Many people wernt sure of how successful it would be before the cov game, so stayed away and intended to removed according to success. Wouldnt surprise me to see an overflow of standers in the next block along and at least there should be as man as the cov game.
Glen_lcfc Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Sounds like its filling up already - with nearly the whole top half of the block sold. And with it being on the back page of the merc, Players talking about it and other websites joining the bandwagon its getting every bit the coverage we could hope for. I just have two messages for everyone/someone... 1. Anyone heard about the drum - is it ok?Will it be making an appearence and if so,is it welcome? 2. Lets all learn this chant and get it started on Saturday and really show the rest of the staduim what we are about (Lisa wont like that comment!) ooooohhhhhhh Milan is a Serbian, he wears a Serbian HatHe lives with Timmy Davis, in a Leicester Council FlatHe didnt buy the Derby, or Forest cuz thier shiteHe bought the Leicester City, cuz thier F-ing Dynamiteoooooooohhhhhhhhhhh........
foss1884 Posted 22 February 2007 Author Posted 22 February 2007 Can you all imagine what it is going to be like in Block N if we score a goal, or dare i say win against the Baggies? Block N and the stadium will explode with noise. It will be absolutely immense! To ensure the players do their part, lets really make an effort and sing our hearts out to ensure a victory to push us up the table. This season does not have to be about mediocrity and we can really creep up the table. Blue Army! P.S. what does everyone think to my fan's eye report on Coventry game on the Foxes Trust website?
Nath Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 We Really need to start singing from when the players start warming up, like coventry game, loved that!
Flynny Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Neither, both are overrated. But it's ok to tell people where they can and cannot sit. You could have fooled me. So you see, it's not the N block idea that I'm against. I don't know why I always have to spell this out.... You're just making general swipes in this direction with no reason. Honestly, you've spelled nothing out at all. No-one is 'telling people where they can and can't sit', nor are they saying the rest of the stadium is useless. Just that a singing section will be a boost for the lads on the pitch (as attested to by Johnno, LCFC's favourite player!) and a concerted effort is being made to concentrate people in N-block. What's wrong with this? Saying so would be infinately easier than having to bat away enquiries as to what the meaning behind your odd snidey comments are.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 I'm looking forward to my Saturdays at Filbert Way now! Doubt the first half on the pitch will be as exciting as last weekend but hopefully the atmosphere will remain. Milan should come on to the pitch before the start of every home game and give a motivational speech that gets everyone going...
Floating Fox Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Anyone heard about the drum - is it ok?Will it be making an appearence and if so,is it welcome? As we know of, it wont be there. Can hope..

Jonbluefox9 Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 No idea mate. IM in the dark <_< Why should you be informed. It's not like you were one of the people who actually went to the club and suggested the singing section in the first place!
Wils Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 Why should you be informed. It's not like you were one of the people who actually went to the club and suggested the singing section in the first place! Jme was the man behind it all,his little affair with Peter Jones made this whole thing possible.
SystonFox Posted 22 February 2007 Posted 22 February 2007 wasnt peter jones seeing tim davies a while back?
