Daggers Posted 2 March 2007 Share Posted 2 March 2007 Bless it again Bertfox Surely, as this was started before 00:00, Bertie can start the proper lucky thread and this one can get a bolt-gun to the head?
Flynny Posted 3 March 2007 Share Posted 3 March 2007 2 minutes before the matchday. Efficient. Got a feeling this one'll be a high-scorer with at least 2 goals each side. Dunno why, just feel it in me bones, that kinda thing.

I don't give a damn as long as Leicester win. Quirky Sig btw
Daggers Posted 3 March 2007 Share Posted 3 March 2007 I see rain, lots of rain, and many sliding tackles. Two players will limp off with knee injuries and there will only be one goal. It will be Southend's...but it will be an own goal. Huzzah for the plucky lads from Leicester Shire.

davieG Posted 3 March 2007 Share Posted 3 March 2007 Would you still agree with that statement if we played good but lost Well your luck only lasts so long in this game and we were very, very lucky to get that win, so if the alternative is to play well and lose against play shite and lose, which is what we've done for most of the season then I'd pick play well and lose. Just to clarify I never want us to lose, but we could have won that game anyway with a more positive approach, they hadn't won for 11 or more games FFS. Anyway this is off topic and will probably get deleted by ME. I'm off to the match. PS - No Pies Refreshments within the away area are served from an 'Transport Cafe' type establishment, complete with tables and chairs. No pies are on offer, but they do bacon rolls (£1.80), hot dogs (£2) and cheeseburgers (£2).
