With those ratings I feel you're playing yourself into the harshest awarder category! :P

Personally I can't understand how some people have scored Dabizas so low.

He wasn't perfect by a long chalk but he played better than many.

Similarly I thought Tiatto had by far his worst game in a City shirt. Some of his passing was woeful. He had loads of energy as ever but so did Trev when he used to pull on the shirt.

I'm sure it all evens itself out.

Well I happen to think, that with all due respect to the Gills (they are doing magnificently considering their resources) they were a very poor team and any half decent forward line would have torn our central midfield and central defence to bits, panic headers, misplaced passes, bad postioning I just thought that they were awful - err not that I need to justify my scoring of course ;)

See my answer to Anish, I also thought Tiatto was poor today but still maginally better than Heath, Dabiza and Joey.

All opinions are valid davie.

I think it's what makes the game so fascinating, we all look for different things in a game.

Taylor 7-steady

Maybury 8-looks a quality signing

Stewart 4-poor

Dabizas 7-not 2 bad

Heath 6-average self

Gillespie 8- played well. we seem 2 look better when he plays

Tiatto 7- alright

Gudjonsson 5- crap

Nalis 5- slow and crap

Connolly 8- good stuff

Scowcroft 6- no confidence. probably doesnt help cheering when he goes off!

Taylor 7 - Didn't really have much to do, but when called upon he was solid. Kicking is still strange, but he never let's us down in other areas like shot stopping.

Maybury 8 - Just pipped by Connolly for man of the match I reckon. He was quality and is our best right sided player getting forward in my opinion. We have got our right side sorted now with Maybury, Gillespie and Canero if he ever gets the chance again. Maybury's crossing was excellent and isn't afraid to run at players, our two flanks look dangerous now.

Heath 6 - Didn't have that much to do, but his distribution was horrible. I thought he scored the goal, and he always looks a threat at set pieces. Much better performance for the streak of piss than usual.

Dabizas 6 - Quiet game for him, which was probably for the best. He scares me, but in this league he often coasts through.

Stewart 7 - Crap corners, but other than that he was excellent. Tiatto let him down on the left I thought, but when Stewart got forward he looked brilliant. Skillfull at times, which never looked possible when he played under Adams.

Gillespie 7 - Looked decent, but frightened to shoot and really rip teams apart. He's getting better all the while and I can't really knock the guy at the minute. His crossing was good and he had a good understanding with Maybury.

Gudjonsson 5 - I thought he was awful at times. His passing is wild most of the time and he got knocked off the ball too easily. Too inconsistent, but irritates the opposition which must have it's benefits.

Nalis 6 - Looking a shadow of the player he was before christmas, but he still had a few efforts that he might have scored from on another occasion. Still better than Gemmill and Gudjonsson.

Tiatto 5 - His worst game for us, he wasn't effective at all. You look for Tiatto to keep hold of the ball and get it in to the strikers, but he often gave the ball away and hindered Stewart at times.

Connolly 8.5* - Excellent performance and MOM, well taken goal too. Unlucky with his shot in the second half, but I feel a hatful of goals coming his way soon. Looked lively and teamed up well with MDV when he came on.

Scowcroft 3 - **** off twat.

Subs:

MDV 7 - Looked sharp when he came on, so he could well be dangerous when he's fully fit. Good first touch for a big man and had a few half chances.

Dublin 6 - Was having a piss whilst he came on, so can't really comment

Taylor 6.0 - Not much to do, but kicking very poor

Maybury 7.0 - Played well. With pace and good passing down the wing

Stewart 7.0 - Another good game from Jordan.

Dabizas 7.0 - Solid, no real pressure from poor opposition strikers

Heath 7.0 - He's our probable future captain, still learning his trade.

Gillespie 8.5 - Possibly his best game for City, good work rate.

Tiatto 6.5 - Allways busy, kept his cool, passing not his best today

Gudjonsson 7.0 - One of his better games, but not convinced yet.

Nalis 6.5 - Steady, did nothing wrong really. Didn't shine out.

Connolly 8.0 - I like the lad, works hard, needs some goals, Keep it up!!

Scowcroft 4.5 - Ahhhhhhhhh, what's happened? Has he won a headed yet?

De Vries 6.5 - Still not fit yet, put himself about, looking good though!

Dublin 6.0 - Not on pitch long enough to really rate

Overall team 7.0 - Still disjointed, but there are signs of improvement.

What's with the low scores for Stewart? His crossing was off, but overall he played well.

According to some fans in L1....

''Jordan Stewart, what a willy puller, what a willy puller.''

I don't understand it when he's been one of our best players under Levein. He's a left back who does his defensive duties well.

He's a confidence player too, so that will help him no end..... :ermm:
