There are none - it's whatever the mods decide to do there and then to suit themselves, closing and deleting threads that they dont find interesting to read. Just interested to know a bit on Billy Sharp. I've seen him once or twice and think he'd be a fantastic acquisition. Seemed odd it had been closed, but now see what happened.
