Turtles Head Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 A fortnight ago we were 40/1, a week ago 14/1 and now we are a miserly 4/1! Says it all really. Anyone got money on?? £200 will soften the blow slightly for me

Anyone got money on?? £200 will soften the blow slightly for me No, I missed that great opportunity to put money on us going down at 40/1 Now I feel stupid for not putting the money on with such good odds. I’m even more angered knowing how much I could have won. It was easy money. But saying that I might stick £20,000 at 4/

FilboFox Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 Well either way, it would be a terrible waste of money as we are going to lose 4 but win 1 which will keep us up in 21st place. Then due to the miserable performances Worthington will be shunted out and Chris Coleman will be bought in to take us up to the Premiership for the 08/09 season... Couldn't work out any better! FilboFox Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 And did you really expect him to achieve something at Fulham with tight git Al-Fayed in charge???
Thracian Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 Perhaps the easiest way to guarantee the points we need for safety would be for everyone to go out and put money they can't afford on our being relegated...

Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 50/1 with Corals before the Stoke game. That was the value.
Daggers Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 I'm not going to bet on it - that'd be stupid. Why waste a perfectly good opportunity to be miserable and angry by watering it down with a five hundred pound win. You bastards
gosfox Posted 16 April 2007 Share Posted 16 April 2007 I've heard that our entire defence had a flutter at 40/1..... nice little cash boost for them when they get the boot at the end of the season

MC Prussian Posted 17 April 2007 Share Posted 17 April 2007 We need at least four points out of the final four games if we don't want to drop to 22nd place and allow Leeds to stay up. 51 points is the crucial number this season. A win and a draw against whomever.
Geo V Posted 17 April 2007 Share Posted 17 April 2007 Forget relegation odds, go back us to win 4-3 at 100/1 with Hills. Ive had some inside information to tell me the game is being fixed by MM as he was seen on top of Karen Brady discussing the deal. 4-3 it is!
