dandannieldanok Posted 28 August 2007 Author Posted 28 August 2007 David Thompson - Currently without a club That is quite surprising, as long as we are sure he owuld be fit I'd like us to take a punt on him.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 With Milan Mandaric's Serb connections, it could be a 'cheeky' Dejan Stankovic bid eventually??but if we're thinking about any old Yugoslav connections, I get this horrible feeling we're going to bid for Portsmouth's forgotten Croatian striker Ivica Mornar - that is if he's still at Pompey. Mind you, unlike most of our strikers, at least he can score at The Walkers as he did in a Croatia 3-1 defeat to England awhile back.
Karnjit Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Former Nigeria international Okocha, 34, has been playing for Qatar SC since his release by Bolton last summer. just wonderin if any one would want to see him here? i would.
Chambo7 Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Paul Chambers (Anywhere) NO CLUB Jermain Beckford (ST/AM) - Leeds Danny Murphy (MF) - Spurs Tom Soares (MF) - Crystal Palace Wes Hoolahan (MF) - Blackpool Akoz Buzsaky (AM) - Plymouth Rowan Vine (ST) - Birmingham
STUHILL Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Nah, used to rate him highly but he went down hill really fast at Bolton. Not sure how he has been playing recently but don't think we need him.
STUHILL Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Now then, what does this new shocking development mean for Leicester city and the team!!! I don't think we can realistically get a new manager in before Window Closes, well would be very big ask i think unless MM has someone lined up immediately! I do just wonder whether MM will sign players anyway, even without a manager! We are still short of a LB now and a LM to some extend. I wonder if some of the other players we were linked with like Riorden, will join, as I believe MM wanted them and MA didnt! But sure MM cant sign players with no manager in place! Would be crazy! Not sure if players would want to come either. It's either going to be a very interesting couple of days in transfer market, or a very quiet one!
inmemoryofdoreen Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 i know this is a player wish list, but i`ve got another wish, i wish it wasn`t MEGSON

Tevez Posted 16 September 2007 Posted 16 September 2007 Bring Gradel back. No Thanks, will just be another Levi Porter and Alan Sheehan, Youth Players who couldn't be arsed and eat kebabs for doing fook all.
Nationwider Posted 16 September 2007 Posted 16 September 2007 January - a few hundred '000s for Adam Boyd at Orient. I'm biased because I've seen him play loads and I've gone on about him in the past, but he's such an exciting player when he's fully fit. Skills, two-footed, good in the air. Quite what the hell Luton were playing at I don't know.
David Guiza Posted 17 September 2007 Posted 17 September 2007 Lee cook Patrick berger Marton fulop proberly not but gabbidon
dandannieldanok Posted 17 September 2007 Author Posted 17 September 2007 I've mentioned him before-Atiba Hutchison-Barely any chance considering he is playing at the top level but he would give us a new dimension down the left flank.
Micky Ruddle Posted 21 September 2007 Posted 21 September 2007 I would still like to see David Thompson down here. He is still a free agent isn't he???
WetFlannel Posted 27 September 2007 Posted 27 September 2007 another try for commons at forest... maybe we can convince him if were in the premiership
dog_4 Posted 27 September 2007 Posted 27 September 2007 fulop= 1m well worth it and lee cook on loan please, but qpr are ritch now so i expect him to go back
Kilworthfox Posted 27 September 2007 Posted 27 September 2007 fulop= 1m well worth it and lee cook on loan please, but qpr are ritch now so i expect him to go back Fulop = Must Sign NOW!
dan_84 Posted 27 September 2007 Posted 27 September 2007 scott sinclair (chelsea). Think he'l stay in the prem though. Sign Fulop now before he gets tapped up as he's good enough for the prem!
MPH Posted 28 September 2007 Posted 28 September 2007 Fulop = Must Sign NOW! i Agree- we would be foolish to let him slip through our fingers.. But if my memory serves me correctly, dont we have some sort of option to sign him after the end of the loan? IF thats the case no one can get him ahead of us and the fee is usually agreed....
Brainy Posted 28 September 2007 Posted 28 September 2007 fulop= 1m well worth it and lee cook on loan please, but qpr are ritch now so i expect him to go back Nothing has actually happened regarding the takeover has it?
dandannieldanok Posted 29 September 2007 Author Posted 29 September 2007 I know we have fulop but I wouldn't mind seeing us launch a cheeky bid for Steve Harper. He might not drop down a division and Newcastle probably don't want to sell, but since the start of the season he has shown what a good keeper he is.

I thought the same this afternoon when they were discussing him on Soccer Saturday.
Brainy Posted 30 September 2007 Posted 30 September 2007 Ishmael Miller looks a quality player. He's scored a few goals already for WBA, and has already assisted 1 and scored against QPR.
