Do you mean Lee Cook? If so, there is no chance.

Yes Lee Cook and i know there's no chance as he's gone to Fulham,

Didnt Wolves sign Jarvis and Fulham Cook??

Again yes which is why i said 'WOULD HAVE HAD' as they are both no longer options.

Ian Westlake

A couple of years ago I would have said yes. But now he seems to have gone out into the wilderness amidst Leeds problems, thats if he is still there mind, thats how far he has fallen off the radar.

I'd take a chance on him, was fookin quality the season Ipswich blew their chance of promotion. Got the ability.

A few Charlton fans seem to be wanting to get rid of Marcus Bent?

I'm sure a few wouldn't mind him back here.

Charlton Forum

My first thought was Yes get him back here but then i remembered the way in which he buggered off and left us after we put his career back on track to go too Everton and had second thoughts,

However i came to my senses and thought Marcus Bent or Carl Cort and im now of the mind that he would be a good signing.

Please please please, just a half decent Left midfielder, we are crying out for one, Hayes doesn't look good enough yet, Allen doesn't seem too keen on Porter there as he hasn't really used him in pre-season. LM and LB have to be priority! Can't wait to see our line-up for Blackpool, can't see how we are going to be balanced if we play a 4-4-2 and no natural Left Winger!

MANDARIC HINTS AT MORE NEW FACES

Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric has promised as many as four more new signings before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

The Foxes have already signed 12 players over the summer - including striker DJ Campbell from Birmingham in a deal which could eventually be worth £2.1million - and Mandaric insists he will continue to hand manager Martin Allen his chequebook in pursuit of promotion.

"We have bought very well but there is still a lot ahead of us," Mandaric told Sky Sports News.

"The manager has come to me with a lot of names but give us time, we hope to make two, three or even four signings very soon.

"We are aiming for the Premier League but it is going to be very hard and competitive and an interesting season because the Championship is a very powerful league - one of the best four in Europe. That is why we need a big squad."

I'm expecting 4-3-3 with Hume behind MDV and DJ... then again i could be totally wrong and we'll just try and persist with 4-4-2, but MA doesnt strike as the type to "do a K*lly" and mess about with systems that dont suite the players.

West Brom set to buy Ishmael Miller for £500,000 according to some paper according to the BBC gossip column.

We better not blow double that on Kenny Miller.

Saw this. £500k would be a real bargain for him. Good young player who would do well in the Championship. I would prefer him over Hasselbaink, Miller and Riordan anyway.

Any chance of us tempting Ian Harte back to England?

Naah, thought not.

Milan: "How about it then Ian?"

Ian: "I dunno, it's nice and hot here."

Milan: "Seriously... global warming... it's f**king 40 degrees over here these days"

Ian: "Really? Cos I kind of fancied going back to Leeds"

Milan: "Oh they're shit now, they got relegated from the Premiership then they got relegated from the Championship (that's what the old First Division's now called), then they got deducted 15 points..."

Ian: "No way, that's awful"

Milan"...I haven't finished yet, then they bought Matt Heath"

Ian: "Where do I sign?"

Republic of Ireland defender Ian Harte has left Levante by mutual consent.

The 29-year-old left-back, who had one year left on his deal, saw injury problems limit him to 66 league appearances in three seasons.

Harte spent nine years with Leeds and he left for Spain upon their relegation from the Premier League in 2004.

Sign him up Milan

Yes please!
